db54 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and db54 ("db54", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at db54.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers and account features (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the db54 registration process, by logging into an existing db54 account, or by accessing any page of the Platform in a manner that implies acceptance, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the db54 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. The most current version of these Terms is always available at db54.io/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

db54 operates exclusively in the English language for all official communications, Terms, policies and support interactions. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a sufficient understanding of English to comprehend these Terms before using the Platform.

To be eligible to use the db54 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer or contractor of db54, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a db54 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period that you have voluntarily applied to your account.

db54 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or a birth certificate accompanied by a secondary proof of identity. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the period specified by db54 will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Any player found to have provided false information regarding their age will have their account immediately and permanently closed. All funds held in the account at the time of closure, including any winnings generated during the period of underage use, will be forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) db54 account only. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, db54 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, merge account balances at its sole discretion, and void any bonuses or promotional credits associated with the duplicate accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your db54 account credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any other person. db54 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account confidentiality. db54 may, at its sole discretion, decline to accept a registration application or close an existing account without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

All financial transactions on the db54 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuer availability)
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (where available)

The minimum deposit is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your db54 account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your db54 account balance in real time under normal network conditions. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the originating institution.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed by db54 within 60 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays or where additional verification is required. db54 does not impose fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Before processing your first withdrawal, db54 is required to verify your identity. You will be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. db54 conducts these checks in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

db54 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions and expiry dates.

The following general bonus rules apply to all db54 promotions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Where a withdrawal request is made before wagering requirements are satisfied, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The maximum bet permitted when playing with active bonus funds is ৳500 per spin or round, unless the specific promotion states a different limit.
• Certain game categories (including but not limited to progressive jackpot titles and specific table game variants) may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements. Eligible games are listed in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, per device and per IP address.
• db54 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, that player's existing bonus balance and accrued wagering progress will be honoured.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through the standard wagering and withdrawal process.

db54 may decline to award a bonus or may rescind a bonus already credited to an account where it has reason to believe that the player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to wagering at low variance with high stake coverage to circumvent wagering requirements, or where the player is acting in concert with other players to exploit a promotional offer.

All casino games available on the db54 Platform are provided by internationally recognised game development studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Play'n GO, Red Tiger and Ezugi. Each game operates under its own specific rules, paytable and return-to-player (RTP) configuration as determined by the supplying studio.

Random number generation (RNG) used in all non-live casino games is independently certified by the respective game provider. Live casino games are conducted by professionally trained human dealers operating from certified studio environments. db54 does not modify game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the server-side game log maintained by the game provider constitutes the authoritative record. In any conflict between the visual presentation of a game on your device and the server-side record, the server-side record shall prevail.

db54 reserves the right to void game rounds or entire sessions where a technical malfunction, network interruption or error has demonstrably affected the integrity of game outcomes. In such cases, the affected stakes will be refunded to your db54 account balance.

db54 offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on a range of sports events including BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Premier League football, kabaddi, and international tournaments including ICC competitions and FIFA events.

All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed by db54's systems. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and exercised before the relevant market is settled.

db54 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The odds were published in error (a "palpable error").
• The match or event is abandoned, postponed or significantly altered after the bet was placed, and the relevant governing body rules do not result in a settled outcome.
• Evidence of match-fixing or corruption has been reported by a recognised sports integrity body.
• The bet was placed after the event had already concluded ("late betting").

The minimum stake for sports betting on db54 is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement. db54 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any individual account or market at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db54 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any form of financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy or other technology to circumvent geographical restrictions where those restrictions apply.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward db54 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your db54 account credentials to any third party.

db54 employs automated and manual monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, db54 reserves the right to void all affected bets and game rounds, confiscate any funds believed to have been obtained through the prohibited activity, and permanently ban the relevant account and any associated accounts.

db54 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct.
• Reasonable belief that the account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
• Compliance with a request from a regulatory body, law enforcement authority or court order.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Players may voluntarily close their db54 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recently verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms will have their remaining balances forfeited in full. db54 will not be liable to pay out any amounts held in an account that has been closed for cause.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the db54 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from db54.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any db54 trademark, logo or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest an association with db54 that does not exist.
• Scrape, frame or mirror any part of the Platform.

Game content displayed on the db54 Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game development studio and is used under licence. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by db54 and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db54's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your db54 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

db54 shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, whether or not they were foreseeable at the time the relevant circumstances arose:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated winnings or gambling proceeds.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers or telecommunications networks.
• Technical failures attributable to the player's device, browser or internet connection.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits db54's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

db54 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at db54.io/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

db54 uses your personal data for purposes including account administration, identity and age verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. db54 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

All personal data held by db54 is stored using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. db54 retains personal data for the period required by its legal and compliance obligations, after which data is securely deleted or anonymised.

db54 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, db54 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. db54 operates as an online platform serving players in Bangladesh and is committed to resolving all disputes in a fair, transparent and timely manner.
